Lori Sharpsteen Out of the Box Properties

We had intended to interview three seller's agents as we prepared to put our home on the market. Lori happened to be our first interview, and she came prepared. Lori and her team were certainly a pleasure to work with. They sold our home fast, for a good price, their photographer is AWESOME (the best?), they were easy-going yet also prompt, we had a good turnout for our first open house, and they fought really hard to make sure that we closed on time when others on the buyers end dropped the ball. Lori is very knowledgeable as well. Wed recommend Lori and her out of the box properties team to anyone when selling your home!!

When I get ready to buy my first house in the next year or two (part of my 5 year plan) she will be who I go through. The fact that she specialize in selling a home to people like me(people who have no idea what they are doing!) makes me feel very at ease and confident that she will do the her best to get me the home I want!
