Run the other direction! So far my experience has been terrible. He was hired to proceed with probate and said it would take roughly 4 months. Its been 4 months and he wont answer his phone or provide any updates. I text him weekly. He has promised to provide an update numerous times but hasnt. At this point I cant even get him to tell me if anything was ever filed. Most unprofessional attorney Ive ever dealt with. Update: Ive tried for weeks now to retrieve all of the original documents that I dropped It appears he lost them. Ive offered to come pick them up but have had no success. He offered no apology or remorse for sitting on this paperwork for 5 months, lying about it, and not filing anything!
