Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Zumbehl Road

A business such as this who collects copays should always have a cash box containing several $5's to make change for patients, my personal opinion not organized.

I love this clinic! I have been a patient here for over 2 years and the doctors here take very good care of me..My Doctor, Lottes, is a very great Physician.. I love the way she sits and listens to me and she is always attentive and responsive to my concerns. Ashley, one of the NPs, is awesome! Shes relatable and gives me excellent treatment.

I wish I wouldve stayed with Dr. Myer Cherry. The nurse practitioner told me today he cant see me because Im sick. I have a history of kidney infections and what I felt was the same thing as the last time I had a kidney infection. I personally have never seen the doctor but do not recommend Nicholas.

I came to this office today to assist a client of mine. Front desk lady gave my client very rude look for reaching over the desk to grab a face mask, when client is expected to wear a face mask, forgot to bring one, and she was not at the desk when client came inside. This I can understand. However, it was the nurse that was very impolite. I inquired if client needed to fill out paperwork, as that is what client was told and why client requested my assistance at the appointment. She responded I dont know very rudely. Uninterested in who my coworker and I were, asked are you supposed to be here? In a very rude manner, though I typically explain who i am when I join clients for their multiple dr appts, she never gave me the chance. This experience made me want to stay away from Mercy for my own personal care, overall very rude. As someone in the healthcare industry I would not have treated another professional the way this nurse did.
