        Had a small difference in quoted homeowners policy premium. Due to an error with the brokerage I incurred a small difference in quoted price. Not happy but understand. If volume of clients impede the accuracy of quotes, perhaps reevaluate the process. I'm a happy loyal client for over 20 years. Thank you. DJ
