Made an appointment with Sharon, I had sent her pictures of what I wanted. I drove an hour to come see her and it was the worst haircut ever. I will be having to grow it out for the next 8 months to get back to where my hair was. I let her know a few days later that my haircut was extremely to short and not what I had wanted. she said I would have to contact Mindi the manager for a refund, which I did on Monday. I explained that living an hour away and working full time, I do not have time to drive all the way there to show her this haircut, she said to send her pictures which I did. Several days past with no reply about the situation. I then contacted her again and she said I would have to come in the salon.
I was a GM for another Supercuts franchise in the area and Sharon was one of my stylists which is why I trusted her. Not sure really what went wrong. At this point I am more upset about the poor customer service and how they have not been accommodating issuing a refund. I have also reached out to corporate that passes complaints on to the owners with no reply. Simply acknowledging the mistake on her end and making it right is all I am asking for. Do Better!!!

not very friendly lady. she was harsh with my hair as well. id avoid this one.
