      image I can't thank Craig enough. My windows should have never been made and the balancers would repeatedly break because the windows are too heavy for the balancers until the original installer declared them out of warranty. I had inoperable windows for years as a result.
      Craig was able to diagnose the issue and replace all of the balancer hardware with parts that would manage the window weight. For the first time in years, I can open my windows.
