My sister has worked with Don Baerveldt for more than 3 years now. She has paid him over 10 grand. He has never stood up for her and will not fight for her in court. He is a very incompetent attorney. They are holding 30 k in her husbands VA funds and will not release funds. Please dont use this law firm.They arent honest people. We live paycheck to paycheck. Her husband is a vet. Please dont use this firm.

I randomly found Attorney Donald Baerveldt, out of the blue, Googled! I needed a probate attorney. He and his staff were WONDERFUL during such a sad phase within my life!!! I give, so much of myself to others daily and I can truly say, I got back with this TEAM!!! Thank you for being there as well as all that you do!!!

Chris worked so hard for 8 long months to help bring my little girl home to me. He answered all of my many, many questions and always put my mind at ease while I was going through one of the hardest things Ive ever had to deal with. He always kept communication open at any time of day and would keep me notified immediately of any changes in my case. And now because of him, I have regained custody of my baby. Couldnt be more thankful for someone.
