Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They did not want to be bothered with completing my return. They were texting each other in the middle of processing my tax return. Pretty sure they were talking about me. They werent trying to be helpful on which information I should fill out on the forms told me I had to fill everything out only to change it later saying I didnt need to do that then getting confrontational any time I questioned anything they were just extremely hostile the whole entire time talking to me like I was stupid and they were super annoyed from the very beginning once she found out that I have all my 1099s online as soon as I left, they locked up the doors because Im pretty sure that they just wanted to leave and not complete my tax return. 04/17/23 I was so frustrated I was almost in tears, and I finally decided to stand up for myself and say that I didnt want to complete my tax refund but I would just leave and when I did that she became extremely argumentative and was yelling at me and made me repeat myself multiple times to get my paperwork back. Do not go here I cant tell you how many times I had to repeat myself and say the same stuff because she wasnt listening either. Older heavyset light skinned woman.
