If I could give negative rating on tonight's visit going drive threw I would. The guy in drive threw was handing out bags so quick he didn't even hold it long enough and person In Front of me almost dropped their bag. Then when I get to the window I give them the money and they handed back change and my bag I tried to set the bag in my front seat so it wouldnt fall over and i took a second to try and get my change back in my wallet and all I hear comming from inside the Window is a lady yell "move forward. Like damn" i looked up and the girl making blizzards was looking at me. very disrespectful and i will not be comming back to this location. And I'd advise unless you like ignorance you shouldnt either

We visited this Dairy Queen restaurant on 3/22/24. We came in with my husband's certified trained service dog who was trained for 2/12 years and have the license. We was asked to leave and was refused service. The manager name Tanner told us we will need to show him paperwork on the service dog. I went on to explained to him that according to the LAW and the (ADA)American Disability Act, he has no legal right to ask for this information. I informed him that he was not informed on these laws. He told me per his boss (the owner) He was not allowed to let any service animals or dogs enter without this information. I have never felt so humiliated in my life and to be denied service and asked to leave was surely breaking the law on so many levels. Tanner refused to give me his boss/owner's name. I contacted the corporate office and filed a complaint and even the representative who took my complaint was surprised this happened. I will also be filing a complaint with the ADA.

This location has really gone down hill. It used to be one of the few fast food restaurants in st.Ann that you could expect receiving your food in a timely manner with good customer service. Not so much anymore. Im currently waiting in a drive thru line that is wrapped all the way around the building. I tried to go in but they have the doors locked and chairs on top the tables. Its only 8:30pm, theyre not supposed to close until 10:30. When I pulled up to the drive thru menu I couldnt read it because they had the light turned off until I requested that he turn it on so I could see to order. To her credit they young lady at the drive thru was nice but she said that the inside closes at 8, that seems a little early. I witnessed several people pull up and try to walk in while I was there.
