Delivery Nov 30, no wait Dec 1, no Dec 8.get a recorded call (not a person) ON Dec 8your delivery date is now Dec 11. Call the number listed and the computer says zero callers ahead yet still on hold with no answer for 10 minutes. Called the company I ordered from. Cancelled the order. Now they can deliver it back where it came from and reschedule multiple times with the company we ordered from. Will never buy from somewhere that uses XPO Logistics for delivery again in the future.

We ordered a table from another company. XPO is the ones that delivered it. When the guy shows up he insists that I needed to help him unload the table and get in to the house. They damaged the original table we ordered. When we finally get the replacement table they didnt call to schedule a drop off time, they put it in the garage instead of the house and my son who was thankfully home to receive the table still had to help the guy unload it and get it to the garage. The personnel that works in the office are rude and not helpful, besides one lady who my wife talked to. This company is very poorly ran. Its a shame this company is still in business with practices like this.

They need to shut down XPO!! I don't know how this company is still in business. When they give you a quote and you get the actual bill they end up charging you 4 times more what they quoted you...when you call customer service to explain why you are getting charge such a big amount they don't give you an explanation and they force you to pay the invoice without giving you an explanation to the bill. Also, they charge all this weird fees on top of it....this is not the first time they did this to us its multiple times. I did let my customers know about our bad experience with XPO since our customers always wants to know what shipping companies we use to ship our machines...we always refer them to D&H Trucking and 3DM Trucking. so to my google members DO NOT GO WITH THIS PEOPLE ...they will rip you off.
