        Went in for a front alignment but needed much more done. They got me in quick and took care of me. Mike and Tom were amazing (not only to us, but sitting there for a while you get to see them helping several people, and not everyone is kind. But they remained friendly and helpful to everyone). I didnt get our techs name but he did a great job!! Every employee I saw had a smile and great attitude!! Highly recommend Johns Firestone!!! Thank you guys so much for taking care of us!!

        Wow. I am super impressed! My son got his brakes completely replaced over break here in St. Louis (pads & rotors), only to discover, upon driving back to S&T, that his car had developed a new scraping/squealing sound when driven. Called John's Firestone in Rolla this morning and, not only did they get us in same day, they got his car all fixed up and even took it out on a test drive, all within an hour's time. Only charged us for 1/2 hour of labor. Highly recommend!!
