Don I did not realize that you have tried to call me. My phone# has never changed. I have looked back through my calls this morning and I have not had one missed call or text from you. I am very apologetic for not contacting you after the closing. This was without a doubt my bad. I have been very busy with your project and others. Your family property was a challenge working with the Court System, your attorney and Sheriff's department throughout this transaction and you are correct I failed to acknowledge you upon completion. If you could send me your mailing address so I may send you a formal apology. I will also send you a copy of the closing statement showing how the money was disbursed at the closing. I personally did not receive this amount for this sale. Closing commission is split in a minimum of four ways sometimes more. Again Don I am literally sick about your thoughts of me. My goal is as always to complete a job with all parties happy with the outcome. My personal phone# is 573-405-0112.
