    I haven't been this let down in quite a while.. Especially knowing the ridiculous amount of money spent here through the years vs going online like everyone else does..This store became my family's epicenter for any/all needs as soon as they opened years ago. Always above and beyond to help me find laptops for college, printers & products that work with our home, you name it - we've trusted this store without question. Few years ago, started making things out of license plates which led to figuring out how to make "custom" stars with our own photos. When they started, the store had absolutely NO problem with helping figure out how to center photos without compromising quality of photo etc. To the point where we have our "own" template of sorts. If they saw us coming, they knew we were coming to print "our" template & would make sure photos were centered etc. Flash Forward to Feb 2024. Now, all of a sudden, went in as usual to print out more for stars and was immediately told NO. Can not, WILL NOT assist. Employees were apologizing for this situation, that it was not their choice and wished they could help BUT.. Now the only thing we can do is try to do this at home, HAS to be a .PDF file, and has to be on a flash drive ONLY. They WILL NOT assist in anything anymore. At first thought it could be Copyright issues, to which we went back through and all photos (as I said) are either our own personal or public domain.. They won't even assist in making the solid background color. All help has literally ceased. The treatment around this entire scenario has left me extremely bitter and confused. If an elderly person, disabled, etc walks in the door and needs assistance, apparently they're not allowed to help anyone anymore UNLESS you have your stuff ready to go PDF style on a Flash drive. I will not be setting foot in this building again until this changes.

    Update: The photo they made for me even doesn't match the requirements regarding the pixel size. I told the photographer twice to make the resolution exactly as required by the visa application. They didn't not. I think I needed 600x600 but they made it 800x800. Even she took the photo and my face isn't centered. I hope they will not decline my application because my photo will not pass through the screening requirements. I ask for immediate refund for this horrible service. I still have the receipt This place is run by thieves. I got my digital passport photos for about $22. I was surprised that the price is higher than paper printed photos. I found out that they gave me the photos on a USB included with the price. They would be able to simply send me the photos to my email without this garbage unwanted USB. This is an act thieves do, and I'm not getting to this store again.

    Quick in. Quick out. They dont shuffle stuff around much, so I can go in. Get what I need and be on with my day. This is of great value. Staffing is adequate to get help when needed. I come here often. I also got some great deals off the clearance rack!!
