        What a horrible company! I had a fire and lost my cpap machine. Called to have it replaced, I didnt wear with for a month due to being sick and waiting for my supplies to come. I called 2x never received it. I got my insurance to repay for it. Made an appointment specifically explained the situation and she talked to management. Was on hold nearly 10 mins and came back said good to go. She asked if everything was the same as far as number. I Said no gave new number. I get there today and told I didnt meet requirements. Shes like I tried to call you but your info didnt get updated.Very unprofessional! I would highly not recommend them. Lady got snotty and was like the machine was only turned on 6x, apparently she needs to learn how to count. I still have the app on my phone and it was definitely more than 6!

        I have great customer service whenever I have spoken with anyone. When my concentrator went out, I had a new one the next day.
