Blossom Basket Florist

Wonderful service, they were technically closed when I called yet they answered the phone, without me knowing they were closed. I needed flowers or a plant for a funeral of a local Rolla family member, with the funeral being the next afternoon. When the kind lady answered I said oh I was worried you were closed. She explained they are closed and just rushing around making arrangements and deliveries. With a hint of disappointment in my voice I explained I live in TX and need something for a family funeral tomorrow. To my surprise the kind lady knew exactly who I needed the flowers for. My cousin was well known and liked in Rolla and keeping the florist around town busy. The kind woman offered to put together a plant for me and described three different plant offerings she described as beautiful. She graciously took my order and we wrapped up in about 5 minutes of speaking and giving payment. Thank You Blossom Basket for your compassion in my late act for a florist. What a joke, I ordered flowers 10 days before valentine's day, to be delivered on valentine's day, to my ladies work. Called the day before to confirm that they would be delivered when she was there and was assured they would. Well, never happened and when I called to figure out why, they claim they didn't have the order Although my credit card and the confirmation they sent, proved otherwise. So, they offered to send them to her house which they did, but what they sent was sad! I'll never use these guys again, a real disappointment and a waste of a lot of good money! Walmart could have done better!

I'd like to give a huge shout out to the Blossom Basket in Rolla, Mo.. asked them to do a guitar spray on short notice and they came threw with flying colors.. Thank you so much, it looked great and the family that it was for were surprised and grateful for it..

I called the shop and requested an $85 arrangement be delivered to a family member. The shop was nice enough to deliver same day, but they didn't give me a final price with delivery. I assumed it would be reasonable. They charged my card $188. Tax would be $8 so the in town delivery fee was $95? I'll remove this review if it is resolved.
