Mike and his team did a fantastic job! Very impressed with how Mike was able to do the whole project without calling in other specialists. Mike was also able to do several structural things that other builders didnt know how to do. Hes a great communicator and even did several things that we didnt even ask for that were above and beyond. Mike isnt looking for a pat on the back - just wants to do whats right. I had Rolla Bobcat Service overhaul my yard. The project included putting in a patio, tearing out overgrown brush, rock raking the whole yard , putting in and burying drainage pipes from the gutters running them to the street and back corners of the lot, and finally spreading fresh soil along with seeding the yard. The service was great throughout the whole process, communication was done well and when I had any questions they were answered. I couldn't have asked for anything more then what I got for my money! My yard was very uneven, spotted with heavy crab grass/weeds along with a quarry of rocks. In the back the brush was abundant and took several truck loads to haul out. From beginning to end it took three whole days and what I was left with was a smooth open yard that was golden from the well laid hay covering the seeds of grass. If you are looking for a local contractor that will do you right I quickly suggest contacting Rolla Bobcat Service. I am more then happy with what he has done and cannot wait to enjoy my yard this summer.
