Absolutely the most hospitable employees!!!! I believe the young mans name is Dillon I have spoken to this young man several times, and every time he is soft spoken, polite and so helpful!!!!! I cant not say enough kind things about him because each time it reminds me that there are still caring younger people who truly like helping others!!!! I will continue to go back EVERY time my meds are available!! I hope CVS reads my reviews I have done on not only Dillon but on our Rolla CVS store!!!!! Give this young man a raise for he is few and far in between!!!!! Loving my local CVS!!!!!

I was standing waiting to be the next to be served at the pharmacy when all of a sudden its lunch time and they close the gate and won't service me after ive been standing there. I ask about me and they don't even care saying Come back in an hour. I will never go back.

Ive been there twice trying to get vaccines. The first time I went for my Covid booster. I made an appointment online and still had to wait over an hour to receive it. At that appointment I asked about the RSV vaccine for pregnancy and they said to bring in a paper prescription. Today I showed up at 0900 when the pharmacy opens. They opened late and completely ignored me for about ten minutes. When I tried to get the vaccine they said they dont do it for pregnant patients, despite their website saying otherwise. Do not use this pharmacy!

For some reason they can't get refills done in 8-24 hours. No matter how much time I give them my prescriptions are never ready when I get off work. This is the 6th time I have been told I need to wait 30+ minutes to get my prescription after putting it in more than 24 hours ago. I don't know if they are under staffed or just don't care, the attitudes the employees have lead me to believe it's that they don't care.
