A huge thank you to the tax center! I have been going to them since I have been filling taxes (a long time) and they have yet to disappoint! They are accurate. On time. Professional. Reliable. Appreciate not having the stress this time of the year!

I started working here as seasonal help. I did not previously know anyone working here. So I believe I have as unbiased of a review as one can give. It was amazing to see what good customer service they have built over the years. This manifested itself in the attitude and longevity of every customer I dealt with. (There was LITERALLY only one very unhappy client the whole season) How rare is that? As I got to know the year round workers; Tim, Becky, Jim & Mary I came to realize that the honesty and integrity that is exemplified in this business is genuine and sincere. The concern for accuracy and client care exceeds the desire for additional income- I have seen new clients declined for that very reason. If you were declined, I say try again next tax season!! I would work at The Tax Center every season if I could. Well see what the future brings!?

I have been using the tax center since I was 14! Thats 23 years now and highly recommend!!! Absolutely wonderful to work with, and never had any errors with them. Becky is so friendly and personable and lovely to work with. The front desk staff is always super sweet and kind and never had any complaints in all the years! My family members use the tax center and now also my in-laws and not once have we been disappointed! Easy to schedule, and they make things a BREEZE to pay taxes due, super efficient and love my organized file to keep my stuff tidy. Highly recommend!!!

The tax center has always met my needs during tax season. Ive always used Becky and she is very quick and efficient and extremely friendly and helpful. I will always use the tax center.
