        I am incredibly satisfied with the physical therapy I received from SERC. The expertise of the therapists, coupled with their personalized approach to my rehabilitation, made a significant impact on my recovery. I had the pleasure of working with Rachel primarily over the course of 15 weeks and felt she went above and beyond with focusing on my needs and getting back up and running after Knee Surgery. Bob and Caleb both worked me some as well and they were also Top notch! (Love the riddle of the week too) The facility is well-equipped, clean, and the entire staff is friendly and supportive. The entire experience has been instrumental in enhancing my overall well-being. I wholeheartedly give this physical therapy center a well-deserved five-star rating for their outstanding service and commitment to patient care. And a special shout out to Janet as well! She has a gift of being able to know everyone's name who walks in the door and greets you promptly with a smile. Always feel very welcomed the moment you walk in the front door!

        Riley, Bob and the entire team do an amazing job at rehabilitating your body back to health. Great teamwork. Easy to find, convenient location. Thank you for also doing an excellent job for my elderly mother that is going through hip issues.

        I was in an auto accident and suffered a neck injury. As in our past experiences Caleb and the entire staff at SERC (Janet, Bob, Rachel) are phenomenal. They are willing to work with your schedule, very professional, and such nice people. I have used them for my hip, my daughter's knee, my husband's knee, and now my neck. Always smiling and very helpful to get you back on track. The best in KC!

        No one wants to go to physical therapy but if you have to I would recommend to go here. I worked with Caleb and he was a great help to improve my shoulder and to reach my goals. Very friendly team with great attitude which makes your visit much more pleasant. I hope I don't have to come back but if I have to I will certainly come back here.
