The Scruggs Firm was immediately present and available during my traumatizing accident with a city transit vehicle. From my experience Ms. Scruggs is very unprofessional. Once she is retained & has her $, she doesnt communicate until you have to make a court appearance. She takes on cases she has zero experience in, like she did my relative & we lost our case. Because she didnt know what she was doing, she brung in more professional lawyers AT LAST MINUTE (day before trial) for help & she failed to pay one of the people she called in for help. She strugggled in the courtroom to accurately defend my relative. She struggled to question & cross examine people on the stand. She also convinces you of actions she will take but often doesnt & she just tries to get the case out the way as fast as she can. If you want someone who knows what theyre doing & you want a fighter, PLEASE take your money elsewhere & save yourself the time & distress.
