FieldHouse Townhomes

I enjoy living here. The property manager stays on top of things and the maintenance man is very nice and always does a great job keeping this community looking nice. I truly appreciate the great communication the front office has. There are some cons, and to no fault of the front office, which is why Im keeping my review to 5 stars: 1. This neighborhood has some of the most disrespectful children I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. So much so, that I have had to install cameras outside my residence. When I first moved here, we would get emails from the front office telling people to supervise their kids. They would ring doorbells and harass other residents and would drive their bikes into peoples cars in their driveways. My family has had a few run-ins with these kids, but the front office has always taken care of anything we report. However, they can only do so much. Children still will walk this entire block, completely unsupervised, screaming and yelling, being complete nuisances. Recently had some footage of a kid getting mad that we had so many cameras, bro but they seem to have done the job, so if I seem like the crazy neighbor with cameras and it gets these horribly behaved kids to leave me alone, I dont regret a thing. Stay mad, bro. 2. People do not clean up after their dogs. Most do a great job, but there are a few that ruin it for everyone else. It does seem to have gotten better recently as the front office addressed it many times in their emails, but just yesterday I watched someone let their dog go #2 and walked away from it without even attempting to pick it up, EVEN THOUGH there was a dog waste bag station 20 feet from them, fully stocked. These waste stations are always well maintained and stocked, so there is no excuse. Pure laziness will never cease to amaze me. I dont enjoy having to tip toe through the grass just so I can take my own dog out and hope he doesnt also step in the piles.

I just moved to Fieldhouse and the staff has been great! I originally applied for a unit and wanted one with the balcony and the staff went above and beyond to help get what I wanted and its been great! The layout is perfect and the neighborhood is wonderful for kids! We love Fieldhouse Townhomes!

Scheduled a showing for a townhome at 9:00 on Thursday the 29th and no one was at the office. I waited about 15 minutes after ringing the doorbell twice and knocking on the door. Called the number listed on the website and the woman just said, "it says they open at nine so someone should be there." Which was far from helpful. They are extremely disrespectful of people's time. I just moved to the KC area and scheduled a full day of showings at different properties, which means I wasted the morning on this place when I could have been looking elsewhere.
