    I recently stayed at Chateau Mountain from Rent Branson and it exceeded all my expectations. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, and the amenities provided made my stay incredibly comfortable. Despite my penchant for trying different places, Chateau Mountain has won me over, and I can confidently say I'll be returning. It truly was the perfect destination.

    We loved our stay at the Refuge! We had a wonderful week at this secluded property. Everything was as advertised. My family and I stayed here with two little ones and had a fantastic time roasting marshmallows and exploring the trails to find the hidden treasure. The playground was located just outside, and the house was warm and inviting! The beds were so comfortable, and I loved the little candle lights in the windows it made it so magical for our kids. Loved our stay would definitely come back!

    I am not one to leave a negative review without speaking to the provider first. We did and here is where we are. We stayed at The Refuge. Upon arrival we noted several safety and functional deficiencies. Back deck rail unstable and broken, front steps loose, pool table cues broken and mismatched balls, ping pong only 1 paddle and balls smashed. We also noted large a/c portable units in rooms and vented w tape to windows. At a cost with fees of $600 per night, I did expect excellent condition. I would have tolerated good condition. I would definitely recommend the photographer get a raise. We had to spend 3 hours going back and forth w rentbranson to address issues. maintenance arrived and they even stated the cabin needed to be shut down and items fixed but the office wouldn't stop renting. He said The a/c units were there due to central a/c broken. . Nowhere was this noted on our booking. Maintenance secured the back railing as best he could and had to come back next day to deliver pool table equipment. So with all these issues, what did they offer? $100 discount. We did NOT ask for a full refund but felt something more than $100 was in order. We have not received much communication so here we are. I would pass on this cabin as the pics are waaaaaay better than in person and it's definitely not worth the nightly fee in current condition. Your response to the review is incorrect. You have not been in constant communication with my sister, the reservation holder and nothing was done expeditiously. You offered $100 and a "discount" on a future stay. No thanks

    If I could give less than one star I would. Rent Branson is a joke! We arrived to our place and it was dirty, beds had not been changed and there were hairs on the sheets. The place is literally falling apart. No bunk beds in the second room as listed in the amenities, the jacuzzi tub in the second bath did not work, all the furniture was dirty, broken, and beat to hell, the tubs had bugs in them, the list goes on. We called and emailed the company and they sent housekeeping out to change the sheets, but they didn't bring clean blankets, so I had to wash my own. Housekeeping/Inspectors even agreed that the place was unacceptable and took pictures of all the things too. They stated they were embarrassed to say they work for the company. We asked the company to call us and they refused stating they communicate via text only. We got a text back from the company saying they would give $89 back and we could check out if we wanted to. We booked for 4 nights of spring break and having to find another place would be an inconvenience. They completely ruined our trip with our son and have no desire to fix any issues. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! In regards to the company's response to my original review... You didn't bring us blankets until 2 days after our check-in. That was after us having to ask AGAIN, because your staff failed to bring them when they came to change the sheets that should have been clean on arrival, but were not. You are a lie about speaking with me and my husband multiple times via phone as you only communicated with us via text because you plainly refused to have a supervisor call us. As far as the offer to get a partial refund we have yet to see the $89 dollars as promised. We chose/were forced to stay because we were in the middle of spring break and couldn't just drop everything we had pre-booked because you inconvenienced us to have to find another place last minute. I have your staff plainly on recording and would be glad to share it with you, so you can hear what they said yourself. I wish I could post it on here for everyone to hear. I never said the jacuzzi tub was listed in the amenities I said it DO NOT WORK, but they are in your false pictures listed on the website. The bunk beds are listed in the amenities and in your pictures, so what else would someone expect when they arrive? We will never rent with y'all again and we will be sure to steer anyone we know away from y'all.

Hi Ashley,First let us apologize for your experience. We normally pride ourselves on our high standards, but can see we missed the mark here. We are glad our team was able to come out quickly and it is noted that they did indeed leave blankets for you. We gave you the option to leave early or stay with a partial refund, and you chose to stay with the partial refund. We also spoke with the cleaning team who completed your homes clean prior to arrival. The head of our housekeeping and inspection team has been with us for many years and is well respected in our team, so we don't believe she would ever state she was embarrassed to work for us. As for the bunk beds- the bunk beds have been moved to be unstacked, as we had a few requests from guests. But the same number of beds remains. In regards to the jacuzzi tub, we don't advertise the jacuzzi tub in the home listing. As for the text message and phone call comment, all of our phone calls are recorded and documented. We have it noted that we spoke with both you and your husband via phone and text message on multiple occasions. Again, we are sorry you did not enjoy your experience. We are glad we were able to send our team quickly, bring you blankets, and offer for you to depart. We hope you have a better experience on your next trip.
