Even so, in good faith and to eliminate the possibility of any quality issues with your seat cushions, we replaced all cushions cores in both your sofa and your loveseat at our expense over the last few weeks, and at no cost to you. Your seats are not "sagging" - they are simply a soft bucket-seat design, and that is an intentional characteristic of the group you purchased nine months ago, with scooped seating created by the manufacturer for plush comfort. As you have the same complaint with the brand new cushions, this bears out that the current feel of your furniture is not a result of failure, but of design.Southern Motion is not offering you a credit or replacement that we are blocking - rather, we are approved by them to follow their guidelines in determining the scope and necessary repairs of any issue covered by their warranty, and to relay our findings for them to issue either parts or credit. As such, we have gone above in replacing the source of your complaint even when there was no inherent failure of the cores, and there exists no additional failures covered by warranty to report.
