We just purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress. My wife has wanted one for years. At Relax the Back with Scott it was an easy, non-pressure sale. I like feeling confident that pricing will be similar wherever I purchase. Scott is an expert and really knows his stuff. He also made us feel that he had all the time in the world for us!

Just bought my first Tempurpedic mattress with adjustable base and memory foam pillows from this store. The manager, Scott, was extremely knowledgeable about the products and answered every question I had. He was very patient and kind as I tried out the various styles multiple times to figure out which one worked best for me. He explained the difference between each style of mattress and the differences between the adjustable bases and how they worked with great expertise and made the decision making process a lot easier. Ive suffered with back problems for years, much of it stemming from incorrect mattresses. Ive had my bed for a week now and havent woken up with a sore back once since sleeping on it. Very grateful for the knowledge and expertise given me that day and my back is much happier since making the purchase. Thank you Scott and Relax the Back for providing me with a better quality of sleep and for making the whole buying experience seamless and enjoyable! If youre in the market for a new bed, massage chair, or office chair I highly recommend going in and talking to Scott. Hes one of the most knowledgeable in the business that Ive come across and has a no pressure approach which makes the process of deciding what you want a lot easier. He truly cares about his customers and making sure they are getting the best care possible which is a rarity these days. Thanks again for making me feel like a valued customer!
