Long story short...he fried my original control panel...I fork out $250 for a new one he fries it again and says he'll bring back a new one...comes 5 mins says oh ucant fry those boards yet happened 2x with 3 diff thermostats...says oh I'll be back just let me know when. Hasn't returned my messages and it's been over 18 days now...no communication no show. It's the middle of winter and I have kids and no heat now. And have to buy another $250 part and pay someone else to do this job. Will be reporting to Bbb as I feel scammed...he charged my card for the full estimate before he even did the labor or got the parts. He did initially give me 125 back because we ended up having to go buy the thermostat but since we had to fork over 250 for his 1st mistake and now $250 for his same mistake 2x in a row that 125 doesn't even begin to cover what we had to come out of pocket for hiring this guy. $500 in parts that were not our issue or problem to replace. 125 for labor...well do ur job right...I shouldn't have to pay for labor for you to damage my unit. I'm beyond irate. To take advantage of a family like that in dead of winter...it was suppose to be fixed before that big freeze and because of his mistake we had to endure that weather without our heat and water because we couldnt Risk pipes freezing. we actually missed our family xmas because we didnt feel safe leaving our Lil heater running alone to keep us at 50 degrees so we didn't freeze to death.
