        Left 3 phones and a notebook that I needed repaired or all the pictures removed and put on something so I had them , its been a yr and I am still getting the run around left multiple message on an answering machine or voicemail no calls returned left my number my home number and my mothers number , then my husband started calling was told there had been calls made to us and voice mails left so he left his number and was told they had to locate them because we had not been in contact so they was in storage thats been almost a month still no call and no items returned. And once again we can not reach anyone .

        Great customer service and an excellent service. Very simple and easy process from start to finish. Also cannot complain about excellent pricing. Will definitely be returning for future services if I need them. Work was done on my S22 Ultra.

        I highly recommend going to the Phone Doctor for any repairs you need!! He fixed multiple problems with my phone within an hour as well as being very friendly and having the greatest prices you'll probably ever find!!

        Nate has fixed my laptop and replaced two phone screens for me!! Every time he has been nothing but professional, and always has a great turn around time!! Also very reasonably priced!!

        Thank you for the review, Melody!It's been a great experience serving you and my other clients over the course of about a year? Maybe longer for some! I feel I have to update y'all! As most of you know, I'm lead tech at Ft. Knox. This requires working long hours followed by long nights to get repairs back out in a timely manner. I have recently encountered some unforeseen health problems which haven't been allowing me to keep up. I will continue to serve the friends I've made, but the LLC will no longer be renewed. It's a decision that I've thought heavily on and believe it would be the best choice given my circumstances.
