I would highly recommend Blake Cantrell Real Estate for your buying or selling needs. They turned what could be a very stressful buying experience into a pleasant one. Ashley, Blake and Luke all provided personalized service to me and made me feel like my needs were a priority. Then there is Rita who does a little bit of everything very well. She made sure that I was constantly kept up to date on everything from start to finish which made this a wonderful experience. What a tremendous staff they have.

Josh Stillwell with Blake Cantrell's office was our agent through a very contentious new build process. The builder rarely communicated with us, extended the closing date twice, and made major mistakes in our building options. Josh fought for us every step of the way and made sure our concerns were addressed. In addition, Rita from Blake's office took care of all our document needs and issues like she was buying her own home. We hope that we won't ever need to buy a home again, but if we do we will be calling Josh and the Blake Cantrell office for help.

I have an investor I work with buying new properties. This team is a great team of folks that get the job done. Rita, in the office will keep things on track and on time. She's fantastic.
