We have had insurance policies with Brandon Self for nearly 20 years. He has provided the very best customer service and been there anytime we have needed him. Regretfully, a couple of times during the last 20 years we have went with another company to save a few bucks. But never again! I had a bad experience with another company during a new construction period on a home remodel. Once the remodel was finished, I called that agent to get a quote for a regular policy. They did not call back. I emailed them. They did not email back. So I contacted Brandon Self at AmFam and within minutes he had a policy quote and full communication. I waited a couple of days to cancel the old policy. I called the other company and they said I was no longer covered. Sometimes in life we keep learning lessons and I have learned to stay with Brandon at America Family. I trust him and he is sharp when it comes to insurance! He is knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I recommend him highly!!!
