        If you are looking for an estate planning attorney then I highly recommend David Payne and his staff at Ozark Legacy Law. From the minute that we walked in the door Charity made us feel welcome and completely at ease. They walked us through everything we needed to know and do to get all of our estate plans into writing and filed with the county and state. What I was afraid was going to be a long drawn out event was absolutely seamless and was completely stress free. David put our minds at ease and treated my father, a WWII veteran, with dignity and respect. David takes care of our veterans and truly cares about you.         Wow- wow- wowwww. After an unexpected loss- our family scrambled to set up trusts for my dad & for ourselves. I chose my Dad's attorney based on several recommendations, accompanied my brother to his chosen firm to establish his trust, attended my Nephew's chosen attorney to build his trust. LUCKILY I chose Ozarks Legacy Law in Republic & had BY FAR the best experience out of ALL the trusts my family has recently established. Fast, professional, easy to navigate! ( I have a really cool binder with a checklist that made knowing what my action items were clear & simple to execute on) My dad's attorney hasn't answered calls in months & we never even got a final original copy. At Ozark Legacy- I was start to finish in just over 2 weeks. Oh- how I wish we had went to Ozark Legacy for ALL our trusts! 100% best choice & investment that is there to support & assist rven after the trust creation.
