Kenneth wasted my time, wasted my gas, wasted my money and shrugged my business off like it was nothing. If he had told me up front he was too busy to even give me a quote I wouldn't have been on the hook for over a week. I was in need of quite a bit of concrete work for a investment project consisting of two long walkways, a large patio pad, and replacing the crumbling foundation of a back room.I found Kenneth on Craigslist (perhaps my first mistake), called him up and he said he'd be able to provide a quote. The first two times he promised to look at the job I couldn't be there but he agreed to call me when he arrived to go over it. He never showed up. The third time we agreed to meet in person. When that time came he didn't show up either. I called him up and he said "I'm sorry, I totally forgot. I tell you what, I'm just too busy to do it. Go ahead and find someone else to do the work." Don't use him, you may catch him when he's too busy and he'll just waste your time.
