Smart was fantastic from start to finish. Danny, our sales rep, was very informative and patient. He took the time to get to know us and our long term vs short term goals. Danny gave us 3 options and talked through pros/cons of each option to help us make the best decision possible. The crew was also great. Angel and Eddie, the crew leads, did a nice job of checking in with us throughout the project. They were professional and intentional about cleaning up as they worked. Lisettes communication from the office was very punctual, helpful, and clear. She made a huge difference in the administration side of our project. Everyone we worked with top to bottom was so kind and attentive. And on top of that, the work looks great! We would highly recommend Smart for foundation needs!

I have been renovating my house for about a year. I have worked with dozens of contractors but Eddie and his crew where phenomenal and by far the best I have worked with. Eddie communicated with me every step of the project. Him and his crew went above and beyond throughout the project to explain the process and ensure both the interior and exterior of my foundation was taken care of. They never cut corners and took extra care to prep the area before starting the project and cleaning up at the end. They left the space as clean as they found it and no other contractor has done that.
