My highest recommendation for everyone; my deepest thanks to every member of ReDiscover's staff for keeping our family safe, and for compassionate, thoughtful, life-saving care. From the front desk J.Miller, the nurse Leigh who took vitals, intake Jennifer who talked us through the screening questions, to Marta, supervisor Carlos, and their staff Karen and Audrey, we were treated with respect, utmost kindness, and deep understanding for the dangerous struggles in progress. From time of arrival (when we were the only ones in the waiting room on a Saturday night!) to time of leaving, it was three hours exactly, so even including intake and transition time, we were given plenty of ample time to make sure we felt understood about what was going on for our family. Upon conclusion, we were not only immediately referred the help we needed, but Carlos, Audrey, and Karen drove us safely from the ReDiscover clinic to the hospital of our choice for inpatient processing, and then drove the rest of us back to the clinic (after closing hours! Thank you!) so we could drive our own car home. An extra-nice note from our experience: The full team that we spoke with was also present via a remote phone call meeting from the beginning of the visit, where the team could hear and see us via webcam, but we were not distracted by having to hear the providers or see their devices' cameras. This meant that we did not have to repeat our experiences to every person we spoke with, the team was already filled in when they physically came into the room to check in with us. Don't know if this is standard practice or was some kind of special circumstance for remote work, but it was very good for us. The meeting was not recorded in either audio or visual, and the team made sure from the beginning of the visit that we understood the purpose of the audio and visual connection, and that the meeting was not being recorded. And, Audrey and Karen both accepted our offer of hugs at the hospital, and they give excellent hugs as well. Cannot recommend this team highly enough, thank you you all.

Very very horrible its a nurse that works there shes African her name is Beth she was very very very rude to me I came there for help and she judged me and told me I was a serious drug addict and told me that I looked like I didnt want help and threw the whole interview of her talking to me she gave me dirty looks then walked out on me when I was expressing to her that the reason why I dont want to deal with her was because she made me feel less of a human and so ashamed of myself the last time I seen her ! Now I will never step in that place again ! I dont even know her none one bit so for her to treat me like that really hurt my feelings really bad now Im scared to get help and I shouldnt be !! All the other staff were great especially case manager Maddie ! But the nurse Beth I definitely wouldnt recommend anybody seeing her !
