        Long story short, if a mechanic is going to require a repair, or fail a vehicle on inspection, then they should be able to give you an explanation. When I asked for an explanation, the person held up their phone and verbally googled the problem instead of explaining to me what the actual issue was. When I went to what appeared to be a supervisor, he just said that the other guy was trained, ask him. Clean waiting room, friendly staff, but I would be wary.
