Brock and his team were quick, efficient, courteous, and professional. The entire house and outbuilding roof were completed in one day. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up once the job was complete. Everything was explained up front and the estimate was spot on. Brock and his crew not only do superior work, but their customer service is impeccable. From the get-go, Brock promptly came out to my house to inspect my roof damages and to discuss various options. His professionalism and knowledge of the roofing industry was assuring, and guided me with ease. As the Overton family and business name has been in my circle for years, I now felt even more comfortable and confident that Overton Consulting was the company I wanted to journey on with in replacing my roof and other relevant damages. I was astonished at how quick the workers were in replacing all the shingles, along with cleaning up the old roof debris. MAGICALLY, my front yard went from wood and materials everywhere, to crystal clean, all in the same day/evening. I couldnt believe that I could NOT find one nail, not anywhere. Thats how good of a clean-up this crew did. #impressed. Brock is a business savvy young man, full of integrity and knowledge. Brock Overton contracting is all of the above, Great Quality,Great Value,Professional,punctual, responsive, on time!! Brock is so great to work with,he explains everything, takes time to look everything over ,so easy going and knows his craft! Brock and all of the workers we had were great,so fast, worked so hard.!Everyone was polite and happy! The two roofs they did look just beautiful!! The gutters and leaf guards look great too. The workers picked up the old roof tiles as they went, that was a job in itself ,and any loose nails. You would have never known they were here!! They picked up everything,any nails or metal too! I can't brag enough on Brock,his crews, just everyone we delt with. I would recommend Brock ,and his company 100%! I have been recommending to all of my family and freinds!
