Unreliable. Liar Won't fix stuff. Tried to get balance of pay off on job before even had it hooked up with electric company and had to force him into a situation to meet with electric company with paperwork required to have it to turned on. Found out I'm not the only one he's left hanging. Some Panels have quit working and haven't gotten repaired for over a year. AVOID AVOID. Signed a contract and did not hold up time frame as stated in contract.
