If you are looking for a same-day check in, do NOT come here. I have been for simple things more than 3 times. If there are 1 or more people queued ahead of you, call off all other plans you have that day. Awful place.

Compass is not so bad that it is a 2.8 out of 5. Seriously, most people who have shared their experience either expect Compass to be miracle workers or expect them to completely change all their policies to revolve around them. They are just people. Most of them care and are doing the best they can. I have only had one mishap in all my years with them. And the only real problems I would change are; it being hard to get ahold of your prescriber and the dental will Bar you from service after two missed visits. But those of us who rely on Medicaid transport, which is notoriously unreliable, should have a "get out of being barred free" card when Medicaid transport fails to pick us up. Otherwise, I am happy with my service.

If you do not know the lay out of this office dont go. They have many departments and it is incredibly confusing. The front office on the first floor staff is very confused and unorganized. NP Taylor Joseph is very kind and her nurse is sweet, that is the only person I would recommend. Avoid this office or know where to go before making an appointment.

The worst dentist in the world. The dentist caused me bleeding two times, which I've NEVER had before. And put gray filling on my front tooth and 4 others, without even asking me anything. Now my teeth are ugly and gray and they said I cannot even change fillings for around 2 years, because my insurance covers filing 1 tooth only once per years!!!!! They refuse to be responsible for that!
