        Absolutely horrible. The install technician assigned for a toilet installation is either a poor manager of time, a poor plumber, or both. After having a scheduled appointment at 11:AM Thursday he called and asked if he could do 11:00 Am Thursday - first mistake on my part I said yes. He then proceeded to miss 11 on Friday, 2:00 on Friday, then picked up a toilet for a different customer, got lost on his way to my house or something (not sure how that happens in Bentonville). Ultimately my install was cancelled (apparently by the installer because I didn't do it) and rescheduled by Lowes with a different installer - yea but I have to wait a week. Totally unprofessional. I wouldn't allow them to sweep my sidewalk.

        I called them at 745 am and they called back at 930 am. Gave me a ballpark estimate to replace an outdoor spigot that's buried in front yard. The old one was leaking. They were here at 1130 am and were finished in 4 hours. This included him going for parts which took about an hour. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They completed the work and cleaned up and the charge was on the low side of the estimate. I'll be calling them for more projects I have planned. Excellent!!!
