My chore worker was on vacation, she has to tell me that there sending some else didn't seem how to work. My Nurse told me Tuesday was her last day . Well tomorrow is Tuesday and no one called to tell me anything. The office.dont never communicate with you

Aides are few and far between this makes it very hard being disabled and having no help. Courtney at office was a great help at getting help.

I started receiving chore worker services last December and was stood up 5 times in less than 2 months. I've been stuck with workers who stop for lunch when they are only supposed to be running an errand for me, a woman who came once and walked out mid-shift, leaving my front door unlocked while I was in the laundry room putting my load of WET close back in the dryer. The clothes that she said were dry! Then there was an aid who showed up one time and did not clean; she watched me do my laundry while she showed me pictures of her family. I constantly have to call Courtney to find out who is scheduled to come and what time because despite telling me she'll call me back with the information, she never does. This has happened twice this week alone. I have many doctors and appointments with them and a life outside of her plans.
