Mr Frost. You reserved a vehicle with a deposit. You then asked us to make a parts list of known parts you needed without disassembling the vehicle for your bank because you could not get a loan without it. A parts list was made of only visible parts in which you asked for and we normally do not do. We actually went above and beyond what is normal for a dealer selling a repairable salvage vehicle. You were also told up front that this vehicle had fairly significant frame damage. You were a nice person. However your expert you brought with you talked you out of the vehicle was not. You were treated in a very professional manor and your main complaint and reasoning for not purchasing the truck was a cracked windshield. When it comes to a truck that needed atleast $15,000 in repairs a cracked windshield would have been the least of my concerns. Then on top of that we even returned your NON REFUNDABLE deposit. There are many customers you cannot seem to make happy no matter how much you do for them. But if you are going to go out of your way to leave a 1 Star review and a complaint I believe it is fair to tell the whole story. Nobody was ever unprofessional with you in any manor. Your body repair professional in fact was the one who was extremely unprofessional. As much as we value new customers who could become repeat clients I can honestly say that it does not bother us that you will not come back because even had you called me today wanting another truck I would not sell you a vehicle due to the manor in which you handled things when you were at our office. After reviewing your google profile it seems you like to make a habit of leaving Negative reviews for businesses. I think there is common denominator here. If I could leave a review for you as a customer it would be Zero stars. Also to add to this response. The truck was sold 2 days later to another customer who was very satisfied with the vehicle. So I think maybe it was not D&G Auto or the truck that was the issue...
