        Car accident on Tuesday. They came and without telling me a price of what it would cost before they tow it they just hook it up and tow it. Then later tell me I owe them $200 for a tow that was only 5 miles from their lot. Shouldve told me the price before towed it or I wouldve had someone else tow it. Will never use them again. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Telling the customer that they are cocky and other things. Super rude and unprofessional. Bunch of a holes there. Absolutely Ridiculous. You want to run a business then tell people prices before you do the work on their car and then tell them that they owe you a ridiculous amount is stupid. I would give them 0/5 stars if I could.       Dylon we are sorry you are unhappy with our services, HOWEVER we didn't just show up and take your car. The Poplar Bluff Police Department called us because you wrecked your vehicle and you didn't request a towing company. As I was standing there with you, I personally asked you if you was ok and gave you water to give to your dog that was there with you. Not once did you ask me how much it would cost. I didn't hear anything from you until 3 days later. I only was charging you $200 which is a discounted amount considering storage is $65 a day and I still had to charge for the wreck itself. We obviously don't work for free but I actually am cheaper then any other local towing company. Maybe next time before blasting false information you actually get your facts straight and learn to drive. I'm sure others would appreciate not being hit from you not paying attention.
