We honestly didn’t have problems unless it came to getting something fixed or until we moved out. The company holds rent checks for months (literally just had a December rent check go through the bank while it’s almost the middle of February) and it took 2 weeks for the company to go to the house to determine if we got our deposit back. When the stove’s heating unit broke (from usual wear and tear) I called and left a voicemail with no acknowledgment. My husband called a week later and received a call back immediately. Then they left the stove under the awning on the front porch while it was pouring down rain because they couldn’t locate their keys to get inside the property after we authorized them to install it while we were away. They were extremely responsive as long as we kept calling but by far one of the most unprofessional companies we’ve rented from in terms of no one ever being at the office or depositing the rent checks in a timely manner. Won’t be renting through this company again
