He's an acceptable dentist but "forgets" to mention he doesn't accept insurance after the procedures have been completed and he's already asked for your insurance information. Seemed a little odd but I foolishly went with it because I'd already had 3 extractions done. Drove around town trying to find a pharmacy that would fill the prescription he wrote and had very little success. So I started to do some research and found out the reason why Doc Rockwell doesn't accept insurance and can't get his prescriptions filled anywhere in town is because, the man was convicted of Medicair/Medicaid fraud in Arkansas in 2019. No insurance company will touch that. I doubt if the man is even allowed legally to practice. If you don't mind paying with cash or personal check and have the funds he's a decent dentist and does decent work but is actively trying to scam and grift people.

Negative Stars would be more accurate. I am filing a lawsuit today against two specific employees and the business as an entity. I had cash paid that was never credited to my account, I was harassed through calls on nights and weekends and hounded through FB messages while awaiting the Insurance Appeal my work had submitted. According to the female spouse, she knows the law, however, I have phone records, fb records, paper records AND CREDIBLE WITNESSES to every stage of this ugly, unprofessional, drawn out situation. I think the actual Dentist is good at his job, but his wife and office staff are incompetent, and unprofessional, and I'm glad to see their business is declining so they can't Steal from more hard working people and their Insurance.
