Complete master bathroom remodel including tear out and replace shower, tub, vanities, vanity tops, flooring, linen closet, lighting, and vent fans, and plumbing fixtures. We selected this business based on a viewing of the showroom cabinets and numerous statements from the owner that "quality" is their main focus. The owner also stated that he would be at the work site on a daily basis to check on his crews. In a five and a half week job, he was on the site maybe 5 times. Our first indication of a problem was when the cabinets were brought and were the wrong color. They had to be taken back and repainted; in the first week of use the paint had already chipped on one of the drawers. There was paint overspray inside the cabinets and some areas had large gap where cut incorrectly. We had to ask for the new flooring to be covered during the construction when tiling was being done to protect the floor. The middle vanity top was a different color and pattern than the adjoining vanity tops. After lengthy conversations in which LHS insisted that the top was cut from the same piece of marble as the adjoining tops, they did finally replace that section. Two pieces of the marble were not finished to the same texture as the remaining piece and has no shine. The inside corners that were cut for the sink were chipped and filled with white epoxy that did not match the color of the marble. Their solution to fixing this was to use a pencil and draw lines to simulate marble in the corners. Many of the tiles were not flat and even. Their excuse was the wall was not flat. Grout lines were excessively wide and are now cracking. In other places grout lines were very narrow. Many tiles were chipped along the edges where they were ground down to fit and were not cut straight. There are two pieces of tile that were installed that don't even match what we bought. It's a different color and texture all together. Additionally, the pop-up drains were not hooked up correctly and we fixed that afterwards. We also had to touch-up paint around the crown molding due to sloppy caulking. Pictures provided so that you can determine for yourself if you would be satisfied with this level of workmanship.
On a positive note, the flooring installation went well, plumbing of the shower and tub was nicely done, and the painting was completed nicely. They were receptive to minor changes during the construction process and provided helpful input when we had trouble making a decision on options. They worked very hard putting in a vent fan in a hard to reach location and worked many late hours.
We have emailed their office and they said someone would come out when weather was clear but haven't heard from anyone at this time. Service: Cabinet installation

They are slow, doesnt pay attention to what the customer wants Robert just does whats best in his mind and doesnt like consulting with the home owner.

Highly recommend using this company! We ordered two large custom built-ins for our living room. They created exactly what we wanted, in a timely manner and were very professional and a pleasure to work with. We plan to use Roberts business for all our custom furniture needs.
