Honestly, an amazing garage, Brian the owner is amazing! Moved to london 6 yrs ago and took us 5 yrs to find this gem. We had an amazing mechanic in toronto and after trying different places we settled on the Bugg Shop. And yes, we drove back and forth to toronto when we had to.
Prices are fair, and he listens, especially since we're women, I've never felt talked down to or made to feel silly about some of the questions. We also feel comfortable inside and safe. We had a visitor from out of province that he squeezed in last minute, and he did everything that was asked of him in a timely manner, i felt comfortable letting the senior visitor go in, and he felt safe driving back across country. I felt our visitor was impatient and rude, we apologized for that but he was wonderful about it....it's not just the work that's being done, customer service is outstanding! Try it, you will not be disappointed.
