    They claimed to have shut my water off on Friday because I got a bit behind. When I tried to explain I was in the VA hospital having surgery the lady in the office laughed at me and basically told me not her problem. Then I got an email charging me a fee because they accused me of turning it back on and because I only paid the overdue amount the the whole amount. Absolutely the worse experience.

    Zero communication with customers, money hungry facility with no saving programs and bad attitude office staff. All they care about is the money! The water quality is poor. The water is high in chlorine!

    Inconvenient, must do much of the transactions in person, poor customer service, no online presence, no email bills, no-auto pay.

    Great water company, when a water main broke mid winter everyone was complaining on Facebook about not having water for 8 hours. Grow up, cant you rough it for a bit? After all the mean phone calls the office ladies had to deal with I brought them flowers. Also think of the men working in the wet and cold to fix the main. It also seems that every PWSD gets bad reviews for not having online bill pay or accepting debit cards. I have been paying my water bills with online bill pay for almost 10 years. Just use your banks bill pay services, schedule it, and your bank sends the check. If your bank doesnt offer those basic services find a better bank but dont blame the water company for your problems. I guess going to 5 different websites once a month floats your boat, I pay everything from one.
