High Valley Decks

High Valley repaired, enlarged and upgraded our deck in August 2023, and we are very pleased with the work, owner Tony's responsiveness and advice, and the deck, of course! High Valley upgraded the deck from wood to composite, screened in the covered section, enlarged the open section, relocated and replaced support beams and footings, and added stairs. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism of the employees and happy with our deck. Thank you

Can't say enough good things about the experience we had with High Valley Decks! Tony and Clint did a great job constructing our deck and installing railing on our egress wall. Quality craftsmanship and professionalism is what you can expect from this company. They even went out of their way to take care of our lawn by not walking the same path, picking up the job site and moving the lumber to different spots. And all of this at a great price! 10/10!!! I contacted High Valley in regards to building a bridge for our wedding venue and to say I was extremely impressed with everything is an understatement! Tony was AMAZING to work with, he was very knowledgeable and had some great suggestions when it came to building our bridge. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is excellent and we couldnt be happier with the end result!

Highly recommend - we had a very positive experience with this company. The two guys (Clint and Eddie), that built our deck, showed up on time every day, and worked very hard. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. And, the deck is perfect in every way. Service: Composite decks

Tony(Business Owner) came out to bid the project. His bid came in significantly lower than five other reputable companies. We made the decision to use High Valley only to have them back out of the job. When pressed on materials, cost of project and dates of job completion; Tony chose to back out of the project rather than honor his bid. Trust & Quality of work were the most important factors for us when getting bids... It's those 2 main factors why we DO NOT RECOMMEND High Valley. The company under bid the project from the get-go. Tony also asked for cash under the table on the power washing & staining of the deck. We had several other companies come out after High Valley to bid the exact same job. We allowed them to view the High Valley estimate only to have every other company question the legitimacy of the bid and the process High Valley used to get their material and labor cost. If you want a highly respectable, trustworthy company doing your large job; I recommend going with someone other than High Valley. If you do use them to save time or money; be sure to inspect his quotes in detail and inspect the final product. Ask Questions. Be prepared to sacrifice quality of job to save money. Be flexible with the job install dates and completion dates; as the company had a hard time with commitment.
