I met Dr. Naler in the mission field and have been most impressed with his faith and service in Jesus Christ. He had a huge impact to bringing many, many lost souls to Christ. We've been going here for a couple years. Never had a problem until my 2 kids needed sealant. My older daughter went first with no problem. My 7 year old daughter was fine until Dr. Naylor came in and laid back the chair she got a little nervous. He had no patience with her. She was making little noises and he kept telling her that it was unnecessary. He said "We get it no one likes the dentist." He told her "No wonder you don't ride in the golf cart with your sister." My older daughter had just told him about driving the golf cart around. At this point she was crying. I held her hand to help calm her down. He asked me to leave the room. I was not going to leave her side with him talking to her like that. He made this dental experience horrible for her. He was extremely rude to her. I'll be finding a dentist with more patience.

I've been seeing Dr. Adam Naler for about 8 years. The business moved into the Glenn Building in Platte City a few years ago, and the newer dental office is a modern, more spacious upgrade. Another dentist, Dr. Caldwell, joined the office staff in the past year or so, too. Due to periodontal disease, I have my teeth cleaned every 3 to 4 months, so I appreciate that I always see the same hygienist. I'm very relaxed with her by now and never have anxiety about -- you know -- the sharp tools or constant noises. I have never had to wait for her or the dentist. Dr. Naler is kind, gentle, and unhurried about your concerns or questions. And the periodontal disease has not revealed any significant progression in 8 years since I was diagnosed at this office!
