Oh Tim, your statement and review is far from the truth. We don't understand why you would say anything negative about us. You called on10/9/2020 to set up an appointment to survey the pool. We were out there on 10/12/2020 at 11:17 am to survey the pool (free of charge). This was not an emergency pool repair. This was a project you were considering. You stayed in communication with our operations manger/estimator, who has been employed here for over 30 years, for a few months. This was during the winter months. It was a big concern for you at the time. Per your request, we sent you an outlined proposal via email on Monday 3/22/2021 at 9:39 am. This is roughly 6 months after our first encounter with your pool. You replied on March 25, 2021 at 9:29 pm thanking the operations manager and requested that he change some of your wants on the pool rehab. The operations manager replied to your email on 3/26/2021 at 10:19 am the very next morning; and followed up with a revised proposal March 30th. We never heard from you again. We do not chase people. When the ball is in their court, it stays there. All we can assume is that what you wanted done was not affordable to you at the time. Or that you found no value in what we were providing. Happens all the time. Hundreds and hundreds of bids/proposals never transpire. We wish the best for you and your project. However, everything you stated was a lie. On a final note. Your comment about me being mad every time you tried to move the project forward. I met you one time when you came unannounced to my (non-retail shop). I remember answering many questions, but never feeling mad or upset wit you. I was just answering you questions.
