For had to come during a holiday. The wait was short, the staff was courteous and efficient. We were in and out in short time. We were not left alone for long lengths of time. Was a very good experience, for an unfortunate event.

Doctors and nurse practitioners dont listen to patients. They dont listen with a patient tell them what they have been using medicine doesnt work.

Friendly staff, took time to ask questions. Fairly quickly came up with a diagnostic and treatment plan. Excellent.

Horrible experience with the exception of the nurse who cleaned my sons ears out. The doctor was rude when she finally did come in the room. We opened the door due to being in the room for over 30 minutes waiting for the doctor to come in. The doctor came by and shut the door and my son and I both could hear her say just because it says urgent care doesnt mean its fast and I dont care how long they have been here . My son has autism and developmental delays and he was getting g tired of waiting, we had been there just under 2 hours at this point. Should have went to Mercy instead. We will never go to Cox Urgent Cars again.
