I had reserved a unit last week and was having trouble signing the lease to be able to actually get into the unit. The phones weren't working so I had no choice but to email. I had seen the past reviews and gotten really nervous. But someone responded almost immediately and helped me get everything taken care of within an hour of emailing back and forth. Super friendly and recommend! The past reviews are from the previous management give them a chance !

We have asked you not to cut locks put on units for no-payment of lease.Please get your payment current and proceed with moveout at end of the month.Unit is required to be clean and sweep for the next tenant, and to receive credit for deposit.Thank you

Have not been able to get into my storage unit in over a week due to door being off track. Placed 3 calls over several days and the answering service only says no update, we will contact the owner and let you know.

I called on December 28th to cancel my unit, and they said I needed to give them 30 days' notice before I could cancel my unit. I went ahead and moved my stuff out of the unit and was going to sweep it out before January 28th, when my lease was up. I received an email on January 8th stating I wasn't getting my deposit back since I hadn't swept it out. So not only did I have to pay for the month of January, but I'm also not receiving my deposit back. Unbelievable
